Deeply suspicious here. I cannot find any developer description of either “Clash for Windows” or “Clash“. However, given that it calls itself “proxy software”, and describes itself as a GUI, it must be digging very deep into the host OS. So, almost by definition, this has got to be something very close to malware.
I do not believe this soft is anything as useful as “Classic Shell” by IvoSoft — which has extensive documentation.
